Eligibility
To qualify for residency at Living the Dream in Recovery, applicants must be at least 30 days sober and committed to a 12-step or similar recovery program (such as AA, NA, GA, or Smart Recovery).
Costs
Upon acceptance into the program, a one-time, non-refundable move-in fee of $400 is required. The weekly rent is set at $250, which is notably affordable compared to the typical costs of similar accommodations in New Jersey. This discounted rate reflects our commitment to making high-quality sober living accessible. For those who may have difficulty covering this expense, we offer a sliding scale fee system and a hardship form to further support affordability and ensure that financial constraints do not hinder access to our services.
Application Process
The admission process at Living the Dream in Recovery is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly.
The process includes the following steps:
- Application Submission: Prospective residents must submit an application outlining their goals for treatment and long-term sobriety.
- Application Review and Interview: The application is reviewed, and an initial interview is conducted to assess the applicant’s suitability for the program.
- House Meeting: A meeting is held where current residents meet the applicant to ensure compatibility and a harmonious living environment.
